This all starts with our Community Engagement Coordinator and their ability to answer customer questions quickly while providing any necessary consulting on products and services offered, and ensuring the customer leaves even more satisfied than when we first met with them.
With a relentless focus on our customers, our Community Engagement Coordinator will have daily experiences like no other.
This will ensure that the Community Engagement Specialist is also reaching their full potential and growing their career as the company is taking its steps forward.
Every customer we interact with has their own unique needs and our Community Engagement Specialists are there to make sure they are adapting and take their skills beyond just a traditional customer service role.
The Responsibilities and Tasks of the Community Engagement Coordinator consist of:
Working directly with customers to communicate all products, services, and new features offered Maintaining a positive customer experience and relations through executing professionalism Accurately identify and address any customer needs and problems by working with them in an efficient manner Making proactive calls with customers to check in on their service updates, increase closing retention and drive revenue Working with the sales team to assist with signing up and maintaining new customers Insights to the Qualifications we look for in our Community Engagement Coordinator:
High school diploma or GED equivalent 1 year of Customer Service experience or relevant experience working in a similar role Ability to carry out a professional conversation with customers whether it be by verbal or written communication Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills to react expeditiously to customers needs Student mentality Motivation and drive to perform at a consistent high level Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$48,000.
00 - $55,000.
00 per year Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
